NBA Trades Before The Trade Deadline

NBA's Take on Drake's new album. "If You're Reading This, It's Too Late."

The NBA's Trade Deadline was February 19, and a lot happened this year. Blockbuster trades happened this year, and many of them happened a couples days, even hours before the deadline. Some trades were expected, as Dragic wanted out of Phoenix, he landed in Miami. Reggie Jackson didn't want to be a role player, so they shipped him to Detroit.

Some trades we did not see coming. MCW to Milwaukee, Brandon Knight to Phoenix, Enes Kanter to OKC, Isaiah Thomas to Boston.

While other trades were of fairytale endings. Garnett Back to Minnesota, where he should retire as a T-Wolf. Tayshaun Prince back to Detriot, where he should also retire, and Austin Rivers reunites in LA as a Clipper to be with his Father Doc Rivers.

I believe many of the power house teams, like The Rockets, Trail Blazers, The Thunder, all came out big winners in the trades before the deadline. They were already contenders, now they are even more dangerous.

On a side note, I really think Minnesota has been making the right moves, they're set for the future.
