Field Style: 5 Music Festival Essentials

Heading to a music festival soon? You cannot forget to bring these essential items to be ready-to-rock out. (instagram.com/samvazcari)
Oh September, you were nice, but October is definitely always way more fun. A month full of horror movies, trick-or-treating, midterms and, our favorite, music festivals. With the Austin City Limits Music Festival first weekend taking place as you read this post and the Fun Fun Fun Fest coming up in a couple of weeks, it is time to consider what items from your wardrobe will be lucky to attend those events with you.

To look stylish in the field, it is not necessary that you wear hot pants, or those floral headbands that were very popular back in 2012. You need to be able to rock your body a la Mick Jagger, walk and stand for hours under the Sun (let's pray it doesn't rain) without being in pain, and not thinking about what you are wearing once you are there because, you will not be having enough fun!

Here you have 5 music festival essentials you cannot miss to bring to the field. We give you some ideas in case you are entirely lost.

3. Printed bottoms or jumpsuits

4. Your favorite sunglasses

And last but not least, the golden rule of music festivals:

☞ Check the weather forecast constantly, even the same morning of the event. No one ever wants to be surprised by a rainy storm wearing flip flops and a suede vest. No one.

Whatever it is that you wear, remember that how you feel is how you'll look. So dance a lot, sing along and have lots of fun! (Oops, that rhymed...)

Be safe little fellas.
Read you next week!

Psst! Don't forget to use your student discount coupons we told you about in our last post.

  2. I love the shorts! I think October is still a good month to wear shorts because it is not too cold yet.
